It took Tom about a year to wear me down before I actually agreed to work with RELAYTO — but once we did, it was a complete game changer. We’ve used RELAYTO as kind of a soft follow-up — we follow up with a RELAYTO link and say, “Hey, just a reminder — these are the major findings we shared in your blueprint. If you’d like to talk about them, let us know.” Not only can we send it in a clean, professional format that looks great — and, as Tom said, stands out from the boxy national firms — but, to RT’s point earlier, we can also look at the analytics. I like to compare RELAYTO to bacon. Bacon makes everything a little bit better — and it’s the same with RELAYTO. You’re not trying to reinvent the wheel here… But now it has videos. Now it has, you know, an arrow or a box to highlight the information that really matters. You’re not trying to build something for a Fortune 100 company unless you’ve got tons of time — it’s a quick turnaround. One of the things RELAYTO does is it includes an AI bot. So, if an employee is going through the presentation and reviewing their benefits, they can actually type that question into RELAYTO, and it will give them the answer. It can also answer questions based on the content of the document — like, “What’s the network on my medical plan?” It’s hopefully a big win for HR, because it reduces the number of repetitive questions they have to answer. I use it for everything. They’re SOC 2 compliant, so we’re comfortable posting things like claims data on the platform. We do a lot of M&A work, so having everything in RELAYTO instead of sending out PDFs that can easily be forwarded is a big deal for us from a privacy standpoint. And honestly, we’ve barely scratched the surface with what RELAYTO can do. Once you’re comfortable with the system, you’ll naturally find other ways to use it. That’s exactly how we got started. WEBSITE INTEGRATION MADE EASY Originally, when we started Meridian, that’s where we got our biggest ROI. I launched the benefits division for them, and of course, there was no section on our website for that. I happened to have some M&A materials and PEO content ready, so I said, “Here it is — here are the links.” He replied, “OK, I can just drop that onto the employee benefits page.” So within 24 hours, we had employee benefits listed on the website.
